On April 11th, Ashley Armstrong from SURF (Sanford Underground Research Facility) out of Lead, SD came to visit the K-5 ACE students. She taught them about all different kinds of science and research happening at their facility. She does a wonderful job of keeping the kids engaged and excited with her presentations to learn about science! Thanks for coming to visit again!

We are so excited to share that five of our Jane Addams educators received grants from the Sioux Falls Public Schools Education Foundation this year! Chess Club Update: With a score of 16.5 - 11.5...Congratulations All City Chess Club players on being the victors of our Inter-School Chess Tournament at Holy Spirit! We took home the Lamborghini Cup which will be housed at Jane Addams until next year's tournament! We are so proud of all of you! That’s a check-mate to the 2024-2025 season! Big thank you to the Kevan family, Anthony Pizer, and chess master David for their time and dedication into this club! The kids love it so much!
Frozen Jr. was a spectacular success! The kids put on an absolutely magical performance, bringing Arendelle to life with their incredible talent, energy, and dedication. From the stunning vocals to the talented acting, every moment was pure joy to watch. Way to go K-5 All City students!

4th and 5th graders worked hard serving their community at various organizations across Sioux Falls. They helped at Kinder Academy, Bishop Dudley House, DakotAbilities, making blankets for kids receiving a bed from Sleep in Heavenly Peace, etc. Nice job helping others!
Third graders visited Dow Rummel and sang their Frozen musical songs to the residents. They hung up Easter bunnies on their doors and did crossword and word searches with the residents as well. Thank you to our volunteers for driving each month!
