Our 4th and 5th graders had an amazing time on their class trip to Arbor Day Farm in Nebraska! Bright and early on April 25, they hit the road, ready for a day filled with exploration, discovery, and plenty of fresh air.
From hiking the trails to learning about trees and conservation, every moment was packed with fun and learning. It was a day of hands-on adventures, laughter with friends, and memories that will last a lifetime!
Big thanks to Mrs. Gray, Miss Nelson, Mel G, and all of the parents who came to help chaperone! Thank you to everyone who helped make this unforgettable trip possible — what a wonderful way to celebrate the great outdoors!

Miss Leloux's third graders learned about fire safety and had the Fire Safety House and a local fire fighter come visit on April 28th. During the visit, they practiced safely exiting a bedroom window in the event of a fire and having an evacuation plan with their family. If your family is in need of smoke alarms, please call 211. Thanks for visiting our school and teaching us about fire safety!

We are proud of our Jane Addams High Flyers! Way to go!

1st graders got to go to the Outdoor Campus last Friday! They got to fish and even caught some! They learned lots and had a great time! Thanks to the parents who drove!

Third graders went to Dow Rummel on April 25th. They delivered some cute lady bugs and ducks for spring door decorations to residents. They then took on the residents in a fun game of checkers! Thanks to our parents/helpers for driving us there! We are sad we only have one more visit for the year next month!

Our students got to experience the fun and excitement of the El Riad Shrine Circus on April 24. A big thank you to the Shriners for generously providing free tickets and giving our kids the chance to experience the magic of the circus. We are so grateful for this incredible opportunity and all the memories made with our ACE friends!
