Today was such a special tradition as our All City alumni who are graduating this year came back one last time to walk the 5th graders out of the building. ❤️🎓
Seeing former students return, all grown up and ready for their next chapter, was such a powerful reminder of how quickly time flies and how strong the All City family truly is!
We are so proud of our graduating alumni and can’t wait to see our current students follow in their footsteps someday. Once an All City student, always an All City student! It was great to have their family's back too!

What an AWESOME way to wrap up the school year! 🎡☀️ Our last day carnival was filled with laughter, games, treats, smiles, and so many fun memories with friends and staff. Field Day fun was great! From relay races and friendly competitions to lots of laughs and teamwork, our students had an amazing day making memories with their classmates. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special, the smiles said it all! Thanks to Mr. Borges for pivoting two years in a row dealing with weather conditions.
Our 3rd graders wrapped up reading Charlotte’s Web while learning about the important themes of friendship, kindness, and supporting one another. To celebrate, students had so much fun creating their own paper mâché piggies inspired by Wilbur! 🐷📚 Such a fun way to bring literature to life and make lasting memories together.

Last Friday was our third graders’ final visit to the residents at Dow Rummel Assisted Living. We will truly miss the friendships, laughter, stories, and special memories we made together throughout the year. Our students learned so many valuable lessons about kindness, patience, compassion, and the importance of connecting with others. Thank you to the wonderful residents (and Lisa/staff) for opening your hearts to us. This experience is one our third graders will never forget!
Our second graders took on Prairie Village for their final field trip of the year! Even with the windy weather, the students had an amazing time exploring, learning, and making memories together. What a fun way to wrap up a great year with lots of smiles, laughter, and adventure! Thanks to the families who drove and helped out!
Third graders wrapped up their final field trip of the year at the Outdoor Campus! The weather may have changed our plans and brought us indoors, but the fun didn’t stop. Students had a blast dissecting owl pellets, learning about South Dakota animals, and solving an animal mystery by using tracks and clues left behind by wildlife. Such a fun day full of hands-on learning and adventure! Thanks to the parents for driving and allowing us to go on all the field trips we get to do!
ULE students put their creativity and engineering skills to the test during the Egg Drop Challenge! From the top of the roof, our custodian, Marcus, launched their carefully designed contraptions with one goal in mind — keep their egg safe! So many creative ideas, teamwork, problem-solving, and excitement packed into one fun activity. Crackin’ good job, everyone! Thanks to Mrs. Robinson for all of her fun ideas the gifted ed students get to do all year long!
Our Kids Care students wrapped up their final volunteer visits of the year at businesses and organizations throughout the community! From helping others to learning responsibility, teamwork, and kindness, these experiences taught so many valuable life lessons. We are so proud of the positive impact these students made while having so much fun along the way! Thanks to our parents for driving each month!

Our annual tug of war event during Family is always a fun time! It was kindergarten vs. first grade, second vs. third, and fourth vs. fifth. Good times!
The Fire Safety House visited our third graders today, and the students learned so many important safety tips! From practicing how to safely escape a fire to remembering the importance of knowing their home address, it was a hands-on learning experience they won’t forget.
Make sure your family practices a fire escape plan at home and checks that smoke detectors are working properly. Need smoke detectors? Call 211 for assistance! 🔥🏠🚨
Third graders traveled to Good Earth State Park to learn about the history of the land and take in the sights and sounds of the trails. They got to have a picnic, then they watched a movie on the history of the state park, did a scavenger hunt in the museum, and took on the trails on a beautiful sunny day! Thanks to our parents for driving!
🍎✨ Last week it was Teacher Appreciation Week and it has reminded us just how lucky we are to have such an incredible staff in our building. Every single day, our teachers and staff go above and beyond for students — showing patience, kindness, creativity, encouragement, and love in ways that often go unseen. Our school is a better place because of all of YOU.
And from all of us on staff — THANK YOU to everyone who helped make Teacher Appreciation Week so special for all staff! The treats, meals, notes, gifts, decorations, and kind words meant so much to us. We felt incredibly loved, celebrated, and appreciated all week long.
